Your signature above indicates you, and your organization's acceptance to 1) comply with all statutes, ordinances and requirements of all municipal, state and federal authorities now in force, or which may hereafter be in force, pertaining to the operation of the business you are conducting on this day, 2) hold the organizers of this event harmless from any claims of damages, to you and your customers, arising from the operation of your business, 3) maintain a respectful and proper manner and decorum toward all attendees and exhibitors during the festival and display no offensive signs or banners, and 4) maintain promotion of your activity within the boundaries of your tent and not advertise it in a loud, overly visible, or otherwise disruptive manner. Those who deviate from the above, as determined by Andisheh Center Board of Directors, will be required to leave the festival grounds in an orderly fashion.
Please make your reservation by July 22, 2011. Late applications will be charged an additional fee of $25. Day-of-event reservations will be subject to availability and assessed a $50 surcharge. Andisheh Center reserves the right to limit or refuse applications.
